The Axiom Platform team is part of the Credit Risk domain, where they are responsible for all the key business processes supporting the financial institutions with systems for managing the credit risk to stay competitive and compliant and in line with the risk appetite and business strategy.
A key part is the regulatory reporting. Here our client is on a strategic journey aligning all on the Axiom platform.
The Axiom team is a specialist team based in Roskilde and Warsaw. The team works closely with the regulatory expert teams in delivering efficient regulatory reporting using a new common platform.
The team is the platform owner and responsible for the entire lifecycle, from taking part in both new data provisioning and regulatory projects to catering for an underlying platform with a focus on performance, resiliency, and availability.
This is a relatively new team using a new platform, so you will contribute to the platform’s success and team efficiency, and knowledge accumulation.
As a platform owner, you will make an impact on the new common platform, to the benefit of regulatory expert teams, our client's strategic journey, and financial institutions' ability to stay compliant.

Together with the team and stakeholders, you will become eager to have platform stability, help onboard new data projects, and raise the maturity of the new platform.
Help team by being Scrum Master (both the mechanical facilitation and being a team member helping the team).
Help define platform services / processes.
Help operate platform, which includes support to regulatory expert teams in case of incidents, to help them deliver to financial institutions and make sure of the strategic journey
Help onboard new regulatory expert teams onto the platform, e.g. challenging job of showing teams how to use platform, ensure governance and make sure of capacity, performance, and access.
Share and receive knowledge.
We are happy to hear from you if you have :
Experience in Business analysis
Technical mindset (as the product is of technical nature)
Willingness to act as a Scrum Master, who can support and improve the team
Experience with data & information, so you can collaborate with regulatory expert teams to accumulate knowledge of Credit Risk data, and enforce governance (how users should use our platform).
Fluent English - written and spoken
