Workspace Access OperationsTeam is the 3rd level (escalations) Team based in Poland, India and Switzerlandproviding daily support of the Bank’s Virtual and Remote systems andmaintaining the backend infrastructure on a global basis.
The Remote Administratorrole is a technical one providing second and third level of support, the mainobjectives of the role are to provide fast and efficient resolution for alertedevents / errors and manage timely execution of user requested changes / requestsduring day-to-day responsibilities.

The role includes thefollowing responsibilities :
Diagnosing and resolving real-time incidents including performance issues of the XenApp published applications being migrated to the new generation platform.
Executing planned support activities and maintenance including application / infrastructure changes related to StoreFront / Netscaler components and BlackBerry UEM components.
Collaborating with resources in other regions; collectively providing transparent day-to-day production support for the virtual desktop estate located all across the world.
Providing first class value add services including execution of project work, deep dive investigations and consultancy to a diverse client base incorporating Front and Back office business units.
Strong teamwork and communication / information sharing.
Good attention to detail and proactive management.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with Citrix environment : XenApp 6.5 / 7.1x, StoreFront, Windows server 2008r2 / 2012 / 2016, Powershell.
Optional skills :
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and IT Good Practice (e.g. ITIL) Certification would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of the following Microsoft products : Windows 10, MS Office.
Detailed understanding of network topologies, TCP / IP and general networking.
Results-oriented individual with positive attitude and willingness to learn new products.
Fluent written / spoken English.
Experience in the following products is a bonus but not required : , ServiceNow, SharePoint, Ivanti / AppSense management.
