Repair Business Analyst

Your responsibilities
Represents the Business Users, working closely with Stakeholders to translate User Requirements into Business User Stories
Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
Provide consultation to cross-functional teams to address business issues
Develop key metrics, dashboards, and associated data views to support management decision makers
Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
Apply investigational skills to monitor, audit, and analyze potential issues and produce root cause analysis report
Review ,audit and approve supplier invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure integrity of reporting
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Time to time projects will be assigned to lead on i.e customer satisfaction project, digitalization and automation project, and process / cost continuous improvement project.
Prepare project plans and schedules. Provide status updates of assigned projects
Our requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience in logistics, business administration or customer care
Experience in using data to identify opportunity and driving changes for improvements
Good knowledge of common tool ERP (Oracle) and Google tools (Sheets, Docs etc.)
Good written and spoken Polish and English knowledge
Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active and independently
Experience in working within multinational environment would be beneficial
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication
University degree (bachelor / master) - preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or comparable
