First line support employee with Slovenian language (IT sector) - home office

Candidate responsibilities :
Taking care of professional service
Maintaining positive business relationships with the customer
Proposing solutions tailored to customer expectations
Transferring problems to the second line of support (in case of inability to solve them independently)
Building a positive image of the company among customers
Preparing business notes for the customer
Requirements :
Free conversation in Slovenian and English
the level of languages must allow for conducting conversations, in both languages : minimum b2
problem-solving attitude
availability to work full time (8 hours, 5 times a week)
highly developed communication skills
interest in IT industry
motivation to learn
willingness to gain professional experience
ability to manage own time
