Daily activities

The ChiefFinancial Office organization is responsible for all financial matters of theNokia Group, including external and internal reporting, business performancemanagement, capital allocation and commercial management.

The CFO organizationalso oversees investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, LEAPturnaround, real estate and venture capital activities.

Currently we arelooking for experienced candidate to join to Offer Control team responsible forevaluation and approval of offers for Nokia business customers.

For theassigned cases :

  • Responsiblefor assessing offer financials, Cash Flow and financial risks;
  • Providesfinancial parameters, consolidated Offer P&L and Cash Flow;
  • Evaluates theoffer, formulates recommendations for business decisions, facilitates alignmentacross different stakeholders (Busines Groups, Customer Sales team), managesescalation;
  • Ensuresinvolvement of relevant finance and other experts;
  • Orchestratesthe Offer and Contract Approval and implementation of Sales Policy.
  • Manages Gateapproval preparations and follow-up (provides case briefing material, leadsgate meeting if any, tracks approval decision, follows up action items using salesdatabase sCRM);
  • Validates theoffer as official Gate financial validator and is responsible for case transferto Customer Team Controller (for Revenue Recognition Board preparation) andProject Controller (for project execution);
  • For assignedcases Supports the regional Offer Control teams by validating case financials,providing cash flow simulation, interfacing with Customer Team Controller forcredit limit / overdue, following up action points.
  • We work with :

  • MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint,SharePoint, sCRM, Webex / MS Teams, WinTheDeal
  • Our expectations :

  • Degree in Finance &Accounting, Economics or Business studies;
  • Min 2-3 years’experience in finance related positions, preferably accounting;
  • Process orientation,experience in processes like offer and presales management, offer controllingand sales gates;
  • Ability to workeffectively in cross-organizational and international environment;
  • Very good communicationand change management skills;
  • Business Englishaffluence is a must.
  • Nice to have :
  • Acquaintance with technology sector, B2B or Contract management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as PowerBi, PowerQuery, Flow(Power Automate), SharePoint or any programming language will be advantage
