Our successful Sales team in Poland has a vacancy for an Equipment Service Administrator


  • Handling of service inquiries and creating offers
  • Office support of warranties, validations and qualifications
  • Generating Purchase Orders & Invoices
  • Maintaining and building relationships with current and new customers through telephone and email contact
  • Collaborate on creating and updating price lists for repairs, validation, etc.
  • Control of complaints and inspections of equipment (deadlines, shifts, assistance in offering replacements)
  • Cooperation with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Technical advice, selection of replacements for long-term positions
  • Proper keeping and storage of documentation
  • Reliable execution of regulations and instructions
  • Keeping of working time records
  • Taking care of entrusted property and using it solely for business purposes

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a admin / coordinator or customer service position
  • Higher education of mechanics, engineering, electronics or related

  • Excellent organisational skills, independence and dynamism in action
  • Good knowledge and freedom of movement in Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERP system (welcome)
  • Ability to properly prioritize tasks and achieve results within the deadline effective management of working time
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Results-oriented, initiative, high motivation
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations and difficult audiences

  • Typically works in a remote environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
  • Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

    A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on a routine basis.

    Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but walking, standing, bending, reaching lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 Kg.

    There will be some heavier lifting and long periods of standing at trade shows.
