Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose attraction channels and design communication strategy around key business specific role groups, further maintenance of a resourcing channel management strategy for the Poland Bank Handlowy network
  • Partner with Bank Handlowy Marketing and GPA (Global Public Affairs) on Employer Branding Strategy, ongoing EVP Projects, ensuring consistent collateral and messages
  • Partner with relevant regional functions to ensure consistency in candidate messaging and candidate experience
  • Act as a Member of Bank Handlowy Talent Acquisition Team and partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify where requirements need to be challenged before going to market and suggest communication plan to support effective targeting of talents, especially when expectations are out of step with the market e.g. entry level hiring
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to support creation of storytelling strategy and employee advocacy
  • Work closely with Recruiters to provide expertise in building attractive job descriptions, reaching relevant channels to post and promote the roles and support in building Recruiters’ personal brand
  • Measure the effectiveness of the candidate attraction channels
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders and Recruiters, working together to continually improve channel selection and hence improve talent pooling
  • Define Recruitment Marketing Strategy, including Social Media activities, defining target groups and aligning on appropriate channels and tools to enable Social Recruiting
  • Knowledge / Experience :

  • Experience of requirements definition, market research, marketing and media management, candidate engagement and employer branding
  • Experience of designing and implementing multi-channel candidate attraction programs
  • Data driven with the ability to direct the creation of appropriate ROI measurements and continuously improve channel effectiveness based on a combination of metrics and market intelligence
  • Digital enthuasiast with an interest in social platforms, mobile technology and emerging communication channels
  • Proven planning capability, with the ability to create flexible plans that are easily understood, unperinned by analytics and with clear measurements of success
  • Experience in stakeholder management to provide deep expertise within employer branding, diagnose challenges and propose solutions to create solid communication fundament for effective recruitment
