The Stena Recycling Trainee Program, starting September 5th 2022, is a unique opportunity to use your potential and build your career while contributing to something of real value.
The purpose of the program is to provide ambitious young professionals with a structured framework and on-the-job training, as well as hands-on education and invaluable experiences.
Using your potential, you’ll embark on a trainee journey designed around your potential, your passion, and your strengths.
From start to finish, you’ll experience a varied and challenging program with lots of fun!
The program is designed to be both a digital and on-the-job experience.

Please attach your CV and a cover letter containing a short description (in English, 200 words maximum) of why you are the right candidate for this program.
Along with your application, you’ll be asked a few short questions. If you reach the next step, within a few days you’ll receive a link to our recruitment assessments.
We use assessments early in the process because they help us measure and find potential in a non-bias, inclusive and objective way.
If we turn out to be a good match for one another, we will get access to your application and go forward with several candidates for a digital, competency-based interview (which will be held in Polish and English).
