We are offering an exciting role as Governance Manager within Regulatory Strategy and Business Change function :
Managing Regulatory Strategy and Business Change Change the Bank (CtB) demand pipeline by collecting demand, ensuring completeness, preparing documentation and coordinating reviews through the Funding Control Group.
Align activities with Central Portfolio Management, Portfolio Execution Governance, IT, Finance and other business teams and maintain in-
depth understanding of the content, priorities.
Align the portfolio demand with the Cross Divisional Regulatory Portfolio strategic objectives, coordinate the confirmation of cross-
divisional allocation keys and making recommendations on prioritization towards the governance committees.
Lead and facilitate the rebalancing process within the Cross Divisional Regulatory Portfolio by assessing and ensuring required quality of change requests and formulating recommendations on decisions to be taken.
Communicate governance decisions to the business partners (e.g. program sponsors and program managers) and support them with their implementation.
Drive the targeted engagement with Portfolio and Delivery Services teams on agreed priorities and alignment with the bank-
wide program and portfolio standards.
Prepare the documents for the senior governance forums.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You have a minimum 3 years experience in the Financial Sector, know-how in financial planning and program / portfolio management.
You hold university degree or an equivalent education in IT, Finance or a related-field.
You have excellent communication and negotiating skills and you can network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment.
You are highly organized with solid attention to details.
You are strong self-motivated person with an entrepreneurial and creative hands-on approach to enable change.
You have the ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
You are problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude.
You are exact, resilient and precise in your work.
You are fluent in English.
