Your job This role is promoting the acdc brand within Central Eastern Europe. At acdc we design and manufacture specialist LED lighting systems, revolutionising the lighting world as we go.

We work with many of the world's top lighting designers, and have been fortunate enough to work on several of the world's most prestigious projects, including the world's tallest building Burj Tower.

acdc are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a passion for making new connections and developing relationships to be based out of either Prague or Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities will include :

  • Articulating the acdc market, brand and product strategy within regional and global markets.
  • Developing strategic plans based on market intelligence to ensure the achievement of sales budgets and future sales pipeline.
  • Ensureing that the Regional sales teams understand the unique position of acdc within the overall group strategy.
  • Influencing key sales and marketing stakeholders to promote the acdc Brand externally and within the group.
  • Managing key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Attending meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships as required.
  • Defining and coordinating sales training programs with Brand Mangers that enable staff to achieve their potential and support sales objectives.
  • Developing strong working relationships across the Group to enable commercial decision making.
  • Actively drive action plans to address sales performance issues within the region.
  • Your profile Candidates should have an understanding of the lighting / LED sector with relevant experience in a specification based sales role.

    If you are experienced in outdoor architectural lighting then even better. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in previous roles as well as developing strong relationships with both clients and peers and have a hunger for developing yourself, with evidence of progression in previous organisations.
