Working on this position you will ensure that the company is offering a compelling parts portfolio to its customer base and the Customers consider the company as their preferred partner of choice throughout the life time of their machines.
This role includes the responsibility for the parts portfolio of two out of four product lines of the company as well as defines and maintains category master data for spare parts in close alignment with R& D and SCM.
Ensuring price competitiveness of aftersales products, providing KPI’s, monitoring markets and competitors are also very important.
Our Client is looking for Candidates with more than 5 years proven experience in aftersales or customer support department in machinery business or long- lasting industrial goods.
Fluent English is a must, German knowledge will be an asset. Ideal Candidate should understand the aftersales business as opportunity to profitably grow our company and to achieve sustaining customer retention.
To be effective working on this position you should be experience in portfolio and category management of technical products, have strong customer orientation and project management capabilities.
Solid SAP SD and MM knowledge are also very important.
