You will become a part of the HR team. One of our core objectives is to process and maintain employee’s data and bring the excellent employee experience throughout the working time.


  • Conduct phone conversations (screening) with candidates applying for jobs at Thomson Reuters and prepare screening feedback for the hiring manager
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from the organizational perspective (scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, send the communication to candidates and hiring managers)
  • Tracking hiring process in Workday (reviewing applications, screening candidates, inviting for interviews, sharing feedback with rejected candidates, getting approvals, offering)
  • Processing candidate documents before and after employment
  • Contacting candidates via phone and email
  • Arranging start dates for new employees accordingly to timeline of this project
  • Preparing and presenting job offers to candidates

  • University experience in the field of Law
  • Strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law
  • Solid knowledge of structure of contracts
  • Knowledge of Workday would be an asset
  • Courtesy and confidence in delivering excellent employee experience
  • Very good command of spoken and written English because 80% of your tasks will be conducted in English

  • Professional experience in the HR environment with a strong focus on employee experience
