The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) function manages the Group's capital, funding, liquidity and expenses to ensure we are well capitalized and have a strong balance sheet.

In this role you will support the following teams within the CFO function :

  • The CFO Chief of Staff team, which works directly for the Group CFO in their role as CFO. The team is responsible for the day to day activates such as executive support, communication, senior management and regulatory deliverables and presentations as well as management of strategic initiatives
  • The Finance Change which designs and implements key business transformation projects to enable Group CFO deliver their regulatory, audit, control and process improvement agenda.
  • Capabilities provided as part of this include architecture definition, design, business analysis, testing and implementation functions supported by strong project, program and portfolio management.

    A demanding role in an international, fast-paced environment within the CFO area. You will provide administrative support to two teams (CFO Chief of Staff Office and Finance Change Wroclaw COO) with regards to various organizational and administrative tasks, such as :

  • Preparation and scheduling of video conferences, town hall meetings, onsites / offsites and similar events
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks (GAZ, MyShop, Concur) and staff administration tasks (Onboarding, Offboarding, IT access) including recruitment support
  • Managing / scheduling the Meet The Leaders sessions and handling the RAVE employee recognition program
  • Providing compliance support in relation to obligatory trainings, block leave compliance and performance management
  • Updating CFO function-related intranet pages and maintaining email lists / SharePoint access
  • Implementation of OE code and organizational chart changes
  • Actively taking care of ad-hoc request and administrative support
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    Requirements :

  • You have+2 years of experience as an administrative support / assistant
  • You are technically savvy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You possess very strong written and spoken English language skills
  • You show a positive attitude and independent work style
  • You are reliable, committed and discrete
  • You have strong organizational skills, quality mindset and are detail-focused
  • You represent high service orientation and interest in working together with internal customers
  • You have a dedicated personality with good communication, strong social skills and you like working with people
  • You possess high flexibility, adaptability and energy level to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to accept and incorporate direction and guidance into daily work
