The team you will be a part of

The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.

Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.

This role in summary

As a New Projects Procurement Senior Specialist you will support NPR Team and Project Managers by executing New Projects activities in accordance with the delivery requirements and support current product cost reduction and quality improvement activities, through direct supplier management and project execution.

Your responsibilities will include

Support introduction of New Projects related to the Refrigeration products

Work with cross-functional counterparts (Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Supply Chain, commodities, Quality) to achieve a smooth new model start-up

Execute NPR confirmation activities with supply base and report results to Launch or Project Managers

Execute cost reduction and quality improvement activities on the component level

Work within the cross-functional team to execute the new model transition from the design process to mass production

Travel once a month / two

Minimum requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Management

3+ years of relevant working experience in Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, or Supplier Quality

Experience in project management

Fluent English

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers

Preferred skills and experiences

International experience or experience in multinational companies is a plus

SAP knowledge is a plus

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
