You will play a key role in managing internal recruitment processes at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO. This is a strategic role with high exposure for senior stakeholders.

You will be also managing the allocation of resources, forecasting. You will be representing our company during the events and building a strong employer brand

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a high focus on talent acquisition of multilingual talent in the recruitment sector
  • Managing resource allocation
  • Advising senior stakeholders on the strategic level regarding the trends on the labor market, resource allocation and forecasts
  • Stakeholder management including senior stakeholders
  • Supporting Employer Branding Activities
  • Developing an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Updating and maintaining ATS, and reporting including presentations for the VP-level stakeholders
  • Actively looking for new solutions to improve refine processes
  • Represent the company during events
  • Making offers to successful candidates, offer negotiations
  • Collaborating closely with HR Specialist on the improvements of the onboarding process
  • Required skills :

  • Ability to prioritize and work in a constantly changing high-paced environment
  • End-to-end recruitment experience or strong talent acquisition background
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Positive attitude and open personality
  • Strong sourcing experience
  • The ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Persistence
  • Decision- making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English additional language is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Polish and Polish labor market would be considered as an advantage
  • Working in an RPO environment would be considered an advantage but is not a must
  • Recruitment consultancy / Executive Search / High Volume Recruitment for white-collar roles / Job Agency background would be considered as a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking system (we use Avature)
  • Flair for sales including strong negotiations skills
  • Interest in employer branding / recruitment advertising
