Take on challenging tasks

  • Creating and implementing financial strategy of company;
  • Lead a group of aprox.40 FTE : controlling, accounting, SAP and IT;
  • Management of financial liquidity of company;
  • Creating standards, policies, procedures, organizational improvements in the financial department;
  • Responsibility for mandatory domestic and foreign reporting;
  • Supervising and coordinating the preparation of financial budget and monitor its implementation;
  • Supervision of the statutory, tax and management reporting process;
  • Full responsibility for conducting company finances, including planning and controlling of cash flow and risk control,
  • Responsibility for the analysis of investment projects in terms of the planned return on investment, preparation of scenarios, recommendations for action;
  • Responsibility for the corporate compliance policy;
  • Responsibility for internal control;
  • Supervision over the tax policy of company in accordance with applicable regulations;
  • Analyzing the company's financial results and providing necessary information to the Management Board;
  • Representing company before state supervisory authorities e.g. Tax Office and cooperating with external institutions, auditors, investors, lawyers and other external entities;
  • Ensuring compliance of company's procedures with the Group's policies and legal regulations.
  • Your skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director and minimum 10 years’ experience in finance or audit; matrix environment;
  • Higher education in economics (finance, accounting);
  • Additional qualifications as ACCA, CFA, CIA will be a strong asset;
  • Thorough knowledge of modern methods of company finance management;
  • Practical knowledge and skills in accounting, tax law, budgeting and cost control;
  • Knowledge of controlling and liquidity management;
  • Highly developed analytical and strategic planning skills;
  • Developed communication and interpersonal skills, ability to solve problems;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
  • Proficient knowledge of English and / or German.
