Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Automation Lead with Assistant Vice President title in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Provisioning Operations.

You’d manage internal automation projects for whole IAM organization. Be responsible for end-to-end delivery of automated solutions based on gathered requirements from support teams, managers, product owners and other key stakeholders from the organization.

Incorporate and promote agile framework in daily work and code development activities.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization within Enterprise & Security Services is responsible for the design and delivery of the key services related to the management of identities, and the safeguarding of access to critical digital assets.

IAM organization is globally distributed across our Wroclaw, Warsaw, London, Zurich, Singapore and Raleigh offices, and it has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere.

Your skills and experience

We’re looking for experienced Automation Lead who will help us manage and deliver automation projects across Identity & Access Management organization :

  • Minimum 2 years demonstrable proficiency in automation framework development
  • Equivalent experience in Agile delivery environment, preferably Scrum
  • Strong understanding of IT Architecture and Software Development
  • Familiarity with our technology stack, including .NET, WPF, C# console applications, Powershell, MSSQL
  • Fluent English with outstanding communication skills in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
  • Hands-on experience as developer, business analyst or DevOps engineer is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • An aim to build and maintain positive relationships with our key partners and stakeholders
