Join us as a Team Leader in the Alternatives Custody Team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include :
Oversee the day to day activities of direct reports
Day to day management of operations for preparation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks
Act as the primary point of escalation for Account Managers, Client Service Managers and Risk / Control for any issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures
Review and discuss issues requiring escalation with Senior Management
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Manage transition process of work to Krakow
Build overall credibility and foster trust with clients and colleagues
Ensure clear communication among team with respect to all timetables and workflow
Continuous liaison with internal departments and other BBH offices to ensure timely completion of work and service delivery to clients and to actively address and resolve problems
Assist in special projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of work performed by the team
BS / BA degree and / or equivalent work experience
A few years of Custody / Fund industry / Alternative Investments / Legal experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong relationship management skills
French and / or German language skills a bonus
Strong analytical skills
Strong aptitude for document review
Self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
