Prime Margin Services unitis responsible for providing operational support for Prime Brokerage business.Team members work closely with Prime Services Risk Management and ClientServices Representatives to ensure that client portfolios are margined andcalculated appropriately.

The Margin team is responsible for closely monitoringthe leverage utilized by clients and reporting regulatory and firm exposures.

The scope of day to day tasks include but are not limited to :

  • Closely coordinate with Prime Services Risk Management and Client Services Representative groups.
  • Reviewing and issuing margin calls based on house margin policies.
  • Investigating and reporting anomalies on Prime Brokerage client portfolios.
  • Monitoring and reporting regulatory and firm exposures.
  • Analyzing and investigating internal breaks and exposures.
  • Approving cash payments and managing other asset transfers based on client portfolios review.
  • Preparing and managing daily reports for key business partners.
  • Resolving all sort of inquiries requiring contact with other firm groups.

    You Offer

  • Control focused with proven data analysis experience.
  • Results-oriented individual with outstanding communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with the Credit Suisse front and middle office teams.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel).
  • Understanding of Collateral Management and Prime Brokerage functions would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
  • Willingness to work until 5 : 30-6 PM with limited overtime effort from time to time.
  • Demonstrate can-do approach and be able to manage workload.
