Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role where you will be :

  • Reporting of Disclosure of Interest DoI’ answering daily requests received either from the company or agents.
  • Monitoring positions for Large Shareholding Reporting, Takeover Panel, Short Selling mandates.
  • Managing, running and preparing relevant reports ensuring a high level of accuracy towards disclosed / monitored position in a timely manner.
  • Identifying risks and contributing / assisting in the efficiency and effectiveness of existing routines as well as to the development of new routines
  • Interact with various Regulatory Shareholding Reporting Team stakeholders across the globe.

    We are looking for :

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar qualification with proven and equivalent experience (specialization in finance or banking is an asset)
  • Understanding of Compliance department role, financial products and services in a financial institution
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
  • Sound analytical skills and attention to details combined with outstanding interpersonal skill-set
  • Desire to perform in a control and project function
  • Good command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability and confidence to discuss issues at a senior level
  • Motivation and reliability, ability to work independently. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
