As Solution Manager / Lead Solution ML / AI, and part of the Solution Management team, you will be in charge for Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution, aiming to optimize and automate the current processes and applications, from requirements capture through design, build to delivery, and continuous improvement of the ML / AI solution.
You will be responsible for :
Work with customers to identify requirements and cooperate with teams to design and select the right technical ML / AI solution, estimate the effort and make the business case to justify the investment.
Oversees the technical solution lifecycle from design to delivery.
Cooperated with the portfolio manager regarding the technical solution roadmap.
Work with development teams, program managers, process managers and operations regarding the service to deliver.
Support implementation of machine learning algorithms, building and improving the models.
Contribute to the team knowledge by keeping up with the state-of-the-art in machine learning applied to our domains and responsible for the continuous evolution and improvement of the technical solution.
Work with other parts of the organization to improve processes, best practices and tooling.
Your skills and experience
For this role, you must have :
MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline with 6+ years of related work experience.
Proficient in Machine Learning (training and testing, avoiding overfit, etc.).
Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop and related.
Proficiency in Python, Java or Scala.
Experience in translating customer requirements into a technical solution, including selection of 3rd party vendors, running PoC and defining architecture strategy and evolution.
Software development knowledge and good understanding of ITIL framework, Agile and DevOps.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to lead, and experience working with distributed teams.
It would be nice if you also have :
Experience as product manager or solution manager, developing SW products / solutions, covering requirement management, product lifecycle and release management.
Knowledge of tree-based (Random Forests, XGBoost, LGBM) and Deep Learning algorithms.
Knowledge of Virtual Assistant technology.
Experience with building models for ITIL processes : service request management, incident management, problem management and knowledge management.
