Support Agent - 2nd Line

Location : Poland (remote)

We are looking for people who are hungry to learn new things, love financial market but most importantly, want to provide world class customer service.

Our Support team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and thorough knowledge of how ZEN works.

Your responsibilities at ZEN :

Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers and collegues from different depatments

Deliver custom reports, statements and other documents required by customers or partners

Perform various operations requested by cooperatig departments

Collaborate with internal teams, to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and procedures

Show composure, resilience and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes

Represent ZEN online at all times

We are looking for people who have :

Basic knowledge about finance industry

The ability to multi-task and stay organized

Outstanding communication skills and experience working on a team

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

A friendly and professional demeanor

High attention to detail

Ability to work quickly under pressure

Fluent English and Polish

Good communication skills, creativity, problem-solving skills, ability to work under time pressure
