As a Lead Specialist, Service Delivery Architecture, you are responsible for designing how NGA service offering will be delivered to our clients in best, fastest and smartest way.
The focus is to design the global process standards, translate these standards in system configuration standards and develop the proper user guidelines and procedures.
The specialist area we are looking for is Payroll. More particularly payroll automation and simplification of payroll processes and procedures.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Lead the design of global service process standards in line with NGA's requirements and industry best practices
Lead the translation of these global process standards into system configuration standards
Lead the development of global desktop procedures, operational guidelines and templates, and key stakeholder briefing packs
Lead the approach for deployment of new and improved process standards and solutions.
Lead definition of user requirements to enable the development of functional and technical specifications by the products team, eXperience team and global technology team
Lead engagement with key internal stakeholders to enable the development of their deliverables based on NGA’s global service standards
Lead the collection of data points that allows to identify value and non-value-added process and system steps
Educate internal and external stakeholders on our global service standards and product features
Represent Service Delivery Architecture as part of sales / pre-sales efforts as appropriate
Contribute to any project across the TIS organization when needed
Required Skills for this position :
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Expert knowledge of all aspects of your domain expertise
Expertise in payroll systems such as euHReka, SAP and / or other payroll systems
5-8 years of operational experience within the requested domain expertise
2-4 years of experience in operations outsourcing experience
PC Literacy Word, Excel and Power point, MS Visio and / or other Process Flow software (advanced level)
Superior language proficiency in English
Systematic approach to problem solving with a desire to create a better future for our associates and clients (design thinking)
Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills

It would be desirable if you also have :
Detailed knowledge of NGA standards
Experience in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP)
Certification(s) related to your area of expertise such as CIPP, APA, COPC, GPHR, SPHR, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking and project management methodologies
