The Global End User Services Operations (GEUSO) team is responsible to operate our global workplace platform, which is completely based on Microsoft's cloud services, including Azure AD Premium, Office 365 and InTune, and execute the Build / Run tasks.
The technical scope covers the platform and the devel-opment therein, and all other associated components. As 2nd . level engineer you are member of a team with highly trained and motivated 2nd level engineers.
The Apple Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for all questions and topics regarding Apple Desktop Support in the Global End User Service Operations team.
As part of the GEUSO team he will also work on Office 365 tickets in the cloud environment of DB Schenker. Key tasks & responsibilities* Participate in projects and ticket activities of the 2nd level team.
