At Tooploox, we believe that teams and employees are able to manage themselves. That’s why we’ve decided to work in a Holacracy - a flat, informal structure, at the core of which lay the values we care for most of all : collaboration, trust and flexibility.
Being a part of a self-organizing, autonomous team gives us real ownership of our work and the possibility to fully develop our potential.
What does it mean to you to join us :
You have 12 paid days per year (3 days per quarter), exclusively reserved for learning.
We cover the costs of your training needs - workshops, conferences, meetups, e-learning and books.
You can work on startup-level projects that improve people’s lives - in line with our mission, we have already changed the way people invest their money, build houses and take care of their health.
Ownership and Self-organization
You decide on the direction of your own career path - you can change your project , learn a new technology, or even choose a totally new job position.
You can have a real impact on the organisation - we support employees’ internal initiatives and our flat structure encourages us to think outside of the job box of our positions.
We are transparent as an organisation and give honest feedback to each other.
You pick your type of employment - B2B or UoP . Every person hired gets 26 days of paid holiday .
We have flexible working hours - you decide when you want to work.
You choose how you want to work - fully remote, hybrid or in one of our offices (Wrocław and Warsaw).
