We expect that yousucceed to :

Plan, develop, design andmanage social interactions and communication across Brands digital channels toincrease brand awareness and strengthen brand image.

Define and Enhance the BrandSocial presence

  • Keepup to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal andexternal stakeholders
  • Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) &Social Media Marketing campaigns across social media platforms according toMarketing Trade Plan
  • In collaboration with Marketing create and present ofSocial Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customersocial media analytical data
  • In accordance with the Brand’s image elevate social media presenceon Facebook and Instagram
  • Define and implement thecommunication strategy

  • Promotebrand launches and events internally
  • Build and implement social communication strategy in consistencywith the international brand communication strategy
  • Prepare yearly, monthly and daily communication plan based onproduct launches, events and key moments
  • Manage social media and classical media relations
  • Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant socialmedia influencers and classical media role players
  • Manage internal communication for the Brand
  • Promote brand launches and events internally
  • Interact with consumers

  • Initiateand coordinate PR events in collaboration with marketing
  • Manage interaction with consumers in social media channelsusing social
  • Contact person of the brand on forums and social media : news,advice, sales assistance, etc
  • Participate in the development of real-time marketing contentbased on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating planswith internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and manage the brandonline social activity

  • Managethe Social and Community component of digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brandidentity
  • Utilize and adopt international materials according to marketneeds and communication strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to develop appropriate content, ifrequired
  • Provide internal stakeholderswith detailed feedbacks

  • Analyzeand report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches tokey internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Produce social media listening and engagement reports forinternal and external teams to fuel insight development
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable,operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance
  • You’re the perfectmatch if :

  • You have 3+ years of experience in social media, PR orcommunication management within fast-paced companies. You have passion forunderstanding the needs of consumer;
  • ability to interpret them and proposecreativeand effective communication tomeet these needs, but also :

  • Have proven track ofgenerating buzz and publicity
  • Great proficiency in socialmedia, digital landscape
  • Managed or worked in / closelywith PR and event agencies
  • Strong planning, projectmanagement and communication skills
  • Networking and well connectedwith local influencers
  • Preferred familiar withSPRINKLR and Tracker or equivalent tools
  • Consumer centric approach
  • Fluency in English
  • Have passion for beauty andnatural curiosity for skin care and make-up
