Acts as an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure an effective dialogue exists between departments.
In this role, you will Leads cross functional medium to large complex projects. Works with internal and 3rd party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services.
Drives continual improvement for capabilities and the delivery of services across IT teams in their functional area; ensures a cohesive, high quality service is seen by the business by working closely with other IT teams across the enterprise to ensure service.
Identifies customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll need At least one year of experience in a similar role or 3+ years of experience as IT manager. In-depth knowledge of IT network, systems, security, storage, server and server visualization.
In addition, you must have good knowledge of IT hardware and software maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Possess moderate verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization the skills and ability to assess service health and bring together relevant parties to resolve service impediments impacting service performance.
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills. Good resource planning skills. ITIL or PRINCE2 / PMP Certificate.
