You advise on data-management matters with regards to strategic projects and transactions that involve access to, or the transfer of, customer, personal or third-
party proprietary data across national borders in line with applicable APAC laws, regulations and Credit Suisse (CS) policies.
You provide advice on strategic APAC sourcing agreements with external vendors, ensuring compliance with applicable outsourcing rules and regulations in this region, which may involve the review and negotiation of such agreements.
You support the maintenance of an internal database as well as know-how with reference to APAC data-management and outsourcing laws and regulations.
You collaborate with APAC General Counsel, Compliance and other control functions, particularly on the subject of regulatory matters relevant to DMIS advisory areas.
You advise with respect to APAC intellectual property laws, regulations and CS policies.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
Sound legal background with at least 3-5 years professional experience as a lawyer, with a strong preference for those experienced in the data-
management field and familiar with APAC data protection laws.
Excellent legal, communication and analytical skills and exercise of good judgment with high ethical and control standards.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
Flexibility and highly motivated with a proven ability to work well under pressure.
