Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs and requirements, translate them into job advertisements
  • Sourcing candidates via job postings, talentpools, employee referral program, social networking sites and events etc.
  • Supplier relationship management e.g. recruitment agencies, job boards etc.
  • Candidate database management using TalentLink
  • Developing consistent candidate assessment processes
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates and managing interview schedules
  • Screening applications and filter candidates through telephone interviewing
  • Conduct face to face interviews to assess candidates suitability
  • Managing written and verbal communication processes with interviewees and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Serving as a resource for candidates' questions and concerns
  • Ongoing monitoring of the market and potential candidates
  • Organizing recruitment and employer braining activities
  • Offer and on-boarding process coordination with the guidance of the HR Business Partner
  • Collaborate with Global and EMEA HR teams on various projects e.g. careers website updates, recruitment system and processes improvements etc.
  • Supporting and participating in other HR areas and in daily department activities
  • Requirements and the individual

  • 4+ years of proven experience in recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience in sourcing candidates via external databases and maintaining talentpools
  • Solid interviewing experience and skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong Microsoft Office, systems and reporting skills
  • University degree
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Coming up with new innovative ideas to manage number of recruitment projects effectively
  • Ability to approach and build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and HR team
  • High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of TalentLink recruitment platform or other ATS will be an asset
