Your role & responsibilities :

Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources

Prepare an review month end closing reports and provide analysis

Perform controlling activities from various areas

Conduct ad-hoc analyses of data, report findings, , implement actions and monitor progress

Support planning activities of the local entities and HQ

Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations

Support process optimization and standardization

Create and update process manuals documentation

Your skills & strengths :

University degree in finance or related studies (min. bachelor degree)

Solid experience in data analysis and visualization

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), VBA is an advantage

Working experience of min 3 years in Controlling / Finance

Experience in a production company is an advantage

Very good English, German and Polish is an advantage

High service orientation and ability to work in a team

Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness

Very good social skills and communication skills

High enthusiasm, pro-active approach and self-motivation
