What will you do?
As a Junior AR Accountant you will be responsible for billing process (issuing internal and external customer invoices), cooperation with sales accounts operations in the UK to resolve any queries and discrepancies, participating in weekly calls on invoicing status and monitoring overdue invoices.
Your duties will also include AR month-end-closing and reporting activities (posting journals in SAP) and management of customer masterdata.
You will also participate in preparation of statutory financial statements and assistance in the annual local and group audits, RPA improvement projects and support of treasury operations & cooperation with various GFT departments worldwide.
Your skills :
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Practical knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Previous experience working in a finance department / accounting knowledge would be an asset
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
Analytical mindset and attention to details
Good communication and teamwork skills
