Main Duties & Responsibilities of Analyst in CRM Team :
You will be working with VSRM, bCom and SAP DMr system, maintaining the data through a Salesforce.You will be responsible for maintenance of customer data, and accounts in databases as Salesforce System and bCom.
You will be working on a business cases maintaining user access requests and sales data uploads.You will be responsible for reports preparation for internal customers (Sales Representatives and local country Administrators).
You will be working with Business Partners, CRM, bCom Administrators / Leaders and Business Process Specialists across EMEA region.
Bachelor's degree or higher
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Customer Service experience would be the advantage
Collaborative Team player
Good communication skills
Knowledge and skills :
1-2 years of equivalent work experience
Other foreign language skill is a benefit
SAP knowledge or / and reporting skills would be the advantage
Good to have Agile Methodology knowledge or UAT testing experience
Previous experience working with SAP / bCom / Salesforce systems in the past will be an asset
Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and / or data governance within a global master data environment preferred, but not required
Familiarity working with projects and / or continuous improvements
You shall be detail oriented and enjoy working with operational processes
