The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.

While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

This Technical Manager E2E position will be part of EBC group to work with the customers to define solution (if the solutions are enterprise lead) or orchestrate solutions where the solutions are built by other BGs.

Candidate should also be able to translate the customer's business, functional and operational processes requirements into business and system solutions.

Technical Manager is responsible for Project execution, PMO and all the aspects of project management and reporting with the customer.

Technical Manager is also required to manage all the internal stakeholders across all the BGs and work on the schedule, timeline, deliverables, reporting on the project from Pre-sales to Delivery.

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Has good technical / System level understanding of end-to-end private wireless network architectures (LTE, 5G with NSA / SA architecture)
  • Good understanding of enterprise, public safety and industrial market segments : energy, transport, utilities, manufacturing and logistics
  • Thorough understanding of subscriber management, packet core, and IMS core network elements in LTE and 5G networks
  • General knowledge of 3GPP and GSMA standards and key features required in pWireless deployments
  • Understands the network interfaces associated with each of the network elements and their roles in an E2E pWireless solution
  • Basic understanding of cloud, appliance and virtual network element based architectures and their value in enterprise solutions
  • Excellent technical writing skills to contribute to the creation and modification of technical solution descriptions and statements of work for each unique offers
  • Acts as key bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction.
  • Your skills and experience

    Required Qualifications : (Education, Technical Skills / Knowledge)

  • 15 + years of experience working with Solution Architecture in presales / delivery
  • Deep Understanding of Nokia portfolio (products, software and services) such as EVC, APC, NGC and CMM / CMG / CMU and business applications
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in various verticals
  • Candidate should have deep business, process, IT / OT, and network knowledge with the following attributes and skills : Experience in Products, services, testing and software lifecycle processes in both small and large team environments Ability to motivate team and maintain morale and a positive work environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple organizational function
  • Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure’s unique standards, such as processes (e.g., construction), regulatory environment, security, Health & Safety, Occupational Safety
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL Framework
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral, written and presenting skills
  • Desired Qualifications : (Education, Technical Skills / Knowledge)

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
