We are currently looking for a person with strong competencies on :
MEDIA & CONNECTION MANAGER
Key accountabilities :
responsible for building winning Media strategies for Danone;
contributes to identify the most relevant and effective "Touchpoint Mix" to achieve brand business targeted results;
forecasts constant changes of media consumption and new consumer behaviours in order to adapt and optimize budget spent in all media touchpoints;
Brand Media strategy and planning - support Marketing team in order to maximize Bought / Owned / Earned Mix for all active Danone brands;
Develop standards, processes, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for digital ecosystem management, ensuring that the tools are usable and able to be localized on all markets of the cluster;
Media and Digital suppliers management, negotiation and buying - Lead negotiations and develop partnerships (JBPs) with key media and digital suppliers focused on value but also quality of cooperation and innovative solutions enabling win-win business model;
Development of the marketing team expertise regarding media (on and off);
Drive internally digital capability building.
Master's degree, Business school or University or equivalent;
Professional experience 6+ years of professional experience in marketing field (Media Manager, Brand manager with good command of media and digital, Marketing Communication Manager) or in a media agency (Off and On) as a media supervisor, senior media planer ;
Good understanding and experience with brand building and platform communication;
Good expertise and experience with media planning and buying (including negotiation), with focus on TV and digital;
Good understanding of Brand Digital Ecosystem and Digital Fundamentals across Owned / Paid / Earned, experience with Digital Strategy development and Digital tools management;
Experience with communication strategy development and concrete execution of multitouchpoint solutions;
Experience with external partners management (partnership, negotiation and sourcing);
Understanding of local media & digital market specifics;
Ability to influence and convince internal stakeholders;
Ability to build and develop efficient relationship management skills with external partners;
Strategic and analytical thinking;
