Your tasks :
Providing support for French-speaking business Clients
Analyzing problems related to order management, providing corrective resolutions
Contacting via phone & e-mail
Fluent French (C1) and communicative English (B2)
Previous experience with in customer service area as an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
