Transaction Process Coordinator with Italian Nr Ref. : Outsourcing / Magellan / 10.2017
The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes :
degree or equivalent qualification in finance area (Economy, Mathematics, Banking),
knowledge of English and Italian in speech and writing on B2 / C1 level ,
very good knowledge of MS Windows with Office (especially Excel),
management and organizational skills,
analytical skills, attention to details,
team working and communication skills,
ability to work under pressure of time,
knowledge of VBA would be appreciate.
operational coordination of recording and settlement of transactions,
creating reports and archiving data,
coordination of after-sales transaction process (servicing and settlement of transactions),
coordinating efficiency initiatives, system implementations and other key projects both on team and section levels,
management of subordinate team.
