Responsibilities

Independent soldiers’ nurseries from IT branches Active sourcing and selection of candidates with practical recruitment work, incl.

candidate databases, social networks Building long-term relationships with Candidates Cooperation with the Sales Department Developing recruitment tools Active building of the company’s image on the labor market

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in independent recruitment processes, min. 2 years Very good knowledge of recruitment tools Very good command of the English language High communication skills and the ability to work in a team Ingenuity, a sense of responsibility for the tasks entrusted to them, goal-oriented attitude

Focus on looking for solutions Ideally, the desire to integrate as well in a world without a pandemic, we like to have fun together and celebrate our successes
