As a scrum master you support and coach Teams to work in a self-organized & agile way. You work together with other Scrum Masters in different locations following a Scaled Agile approach.
Furthermore, you will help the whole Scrum Team in different Scrum Events to define, refine and work on their Sprint Backlog.
In Addition, you will :
coordinate & moderate different Scrum ceremonies the Sprint Retrospective
coach the whole group in a motivating approach to understand the Agile Values and Principles
help the Teams to remove impediments
work closely together with the PO, to ensure the product backlog is ready for the next sprint
ensure that time boxes (ceremonies, features, etc.) are respected and adhered to
drive the continuous improvements of the team members, process and product
Your qualification :
Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
You already had first experience as a Scrum Master and maybe also in other methods like Kanban, XP, DevOps
You have very good skills as moderator, presenter & coach
Proactive, independent and solution-focus working style
Open-minded personality, team-player with interpersonal and conflict solving skills
For you Agility is a passion, not only a framework or process
You have a certificate as Scrum Master ( PSM1)
Beneficial, but not mandatory : you have experience with Scaled Agile approaches such as LeSS or SAFe
You are highly motivated to design with us the next steps moving towards DevOps
You are speaking proficient Business English (German is a plus)
