We are looking for a Senior Analyst with German for our JBS business line.

Great opportunity to join our brand-new business line established in Warsaw (Poland).

Role Purpose

As a senior member of the team you will undertake the same duties as the analysts but also form relationships with German based team members to ensure we produce a quality product on time.

This will include giving and receiving feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the processes we follow.

What this job involves :

The role will provide support to our German Valuation teams

Support functions shall include research of numerous websites in compliance with our data license agreements

Specific areas of research will include but not be limited to recorder data (deeds, etc.), assessor data, property tax data, flood map data, real estate market and comparable data, and parcel zoning data.

Will work closely through phone and email correspondence with German team members on project / research status

Identify and escalate priority issues

Follow-up team member calls where necessary

Support ad-hoc projects including periodic reviews of data and trends

Will be responsible in making sure that the Productivity Tracker is always up to date for reporting purposes

Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have :

Excellent communication skill is required for the role in both English and German

Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciated

Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis

A good eye for detail
