Key Responsibilities :

  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data,
  • Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements,
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects,
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems,
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance and monitor and analyse cycle time of pre-production orders and Work in Progress orders.
  • Essential Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role,
  • At least bachelor degree,
  • Polish and English knowledge at least on communicative level,
  • Experience in data mining, analysis skills and reporting, familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management), advanced knowledge of production control methods,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems Database configuration, creation and management supply chain,
  • VBA, Robotic Process Automatic tools, intermediate skills and knowledge.
  • Desirable Requirements :

  • Familiarly with Business Process Improvement,
  • Flexibility in working hours and strong drive for change, proven Project and Time Management Skills,
  • 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
