Your Responsibilities :
Responsible for the daily operational support and incident management of Directory and Federation / Single Sign On services, including participation in the 24x7 on-call rotation
Interact with application owners to educate and assist in web application integration with Directory and Federation / Single Sign On services.
Interact with other support organizations (network, server, firewall, etc.) to troubleshoot and provide RCA for Directory and Federation / Single Sign On service interruptions or degradation.
Adhere to strict established change management procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain enhancements and integration with new and existing applications.
Responsible for the daily operational second / third level support and incident management of Directory and Federation / Single Sign On services, including participation in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
Work directly with external vendors e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, Red Hat to resolve outstanding issues / problems and work on improvements to existing services e.
g. patching, upgrading, and tuning.
Basic qualifications :
Extensive experience : Design and Architect resilient security solutions for a large global enterprise and implementing Identity and Access Management systems
Ability to assess and re-mediate security vulnerabilities for networking, encryption, web technologies, and web / mobile clients.
Deep understanding of HTTP layer : Transactions, sessions, cookies, caching, compression, encryption, all web clients, all web servers.
Demonstrate experience integrating solutions for : Web Access Management, Reverse Proxies, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Web Services, Identity Management
Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, including scripting maintenance jobs (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).
Experience working with network and security devices (e.g., Firewalls, Application Firewalls, Proxies, Load Balancers, GTM, etc.)
Experience with directory technologies : Active Directory, Oracle Enterprise LDAP Directories, meta and virtual directories
Extensive knowledge and experience integrating and problem solving cryptographic protocols.
Very good communication skills and team spirit
Good command of English
Excellent problem solving skills, proactive attitude
Preferred qualifications :
Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, CA SiteMinder, CA IdentityMinder, CA Advanced Authentication
