Under the direction of the Director of Education Delivery Operations, the Business Analytics Manager will play a critical role within Infor Education driving overall education reporting across all audiences;
Customer, Partner and Infor Employees.
Your Responsibilities Include :
Consult with stakeholders within the Infor Business Units to determine their analytics requirements.
Serve as the liaison between other departments such as finance, marketing, IT, and operations for any requests and services needed.
Monitor and analyze information within multiple source systems
Develop and recommend comprehensive scorecards that address target areas, productivity, target programs and / or strategic objectives
Assist with establishing metrics, forecasting and budgets
Analyze trends in our current business
Assist in the monthly financial reconciliation against the P&L
Assist with the creation of management presentations
Answer ad hoc requests from the team involving historical data and trends
Lead a team of data analysts who provide periodic reports which track metrics and productivity data.
Review requests for reports and assign to team members.
Provide ongoing coaching and support for team members.
Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
Bachelors Degree in a business or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analytics
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams at Infor or another company
Extremely Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially in Excel), Power BI and / or Birst.
Ability to diagnose and utilize data effectively
Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Must have extreme attention to detail.
Must demonstrate ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to analyze requirements from the business
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to lead and motivate in a team environment
Ability to consult with customers / stakeholders regarding data analytics needs
