Your responsibilities :
Establish operational & strategic framework for customers in scope
Develop and deliver monthly / yearly plans including revenues, sales activities, programs, budgets for Customers in scope
Account Management, building and maintaining strong relationship with the Client
Category Management - partners with Category Management Manager to develop customer specific CatMan projects which deliveries incremental growth
Execution - responsible for execution of monthly / annual sales plan by customer, brands and KPIs, execution of sales activities and implementation of in-store execution standards in customers
Reporting - within the timeframe and corporate requirements provides necessary data
Internal Communication - maintain permanent cooperation with internal stakeholders within the sales team and ensures effective communication with other departments
Observing and following the law and all GSK ethical norms
Basic Qualifications :
Min. 2 years of experience in sales within FMCG (modern trade), experience in negotiations with clients
E-commerce experience will be a strong asset
Customer management skills
Empowering and developing business to execute with excellence along path to purchase
Experience of influencing business stakeholders through strategic thinking and planning, communication and influencing commercial acumen and budget management
Strong analytical skills
Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power Point)
Proven ability in P&L management

Ability to work in fast-moving environment
