We’re looking for an Admin and Payroll Specialist who’ll be responsible for interacting with general management, HR managers and employees by providing insights and solutions to diverse scenarios.
You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.
You’ll be part of the Signify HR Services team , located in Pila Poland.
What you’ll do
You’ll become an expert in managing employee’s life cycle from his on-boarding to the off-boarding through his day to day needs
You’ll learn how to communicate in a professional and efficient manner using dedicated channels with different stakeholders
You’ll master in organizing your working day to be the most efficient based on your workload
You’ll be introduced to world-class software’s such as Workday, SAP and ServiceNow
You’ll be solicitate to share your insight to support the continuous improvement activities using your best team working skills
What you’ll need
You have a Bachelor or equivalent degree
You’re fluent in English and preferably French or Dutch or German
You are feeling comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on high level or any others automated programs
You want to join an international company and develop new practical competences or build on your current once
You have a sharp mind with interest in solving problems and striving to quickly become an essential part of the Admin & Payroll team
