As an HCM Reporting Specialist , you will be part of a team responsible for providing complex custom Workday reports tostakeholders within Takeda.
Reporting to the Global HCM Reporting and Data Manager.
Accelerate value & make an impact by :
Providing standard and ad-hoc reporting to HR and other internal / external stakeholders within Takeda
Scope, develop, test and deliver complex custom Workday reports utilizing standard Workday report writing tools.Utilize Human Resource business knowledge, in depth Workday HCM knowledge and experience with HR administration to ensure compliance with legal and security requirements
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting and best practices
Conduct sessions with customers to analyse and gather business requirements and provide reporting solutions to meet those requirements
Responsible for writing Workday HCM reports, creating and maintaining complex calculated fields and custom objects
Experience creating custom data sources and modifying trended worker data source with custom objects
Monitor reporting usage logs and report catalogue to offer recommendations for consolidation where possible
Provide day-to-day support for operational reporting while managing stakeholders’ expectations on timelines and deliver within expected SLA's
Perform auditing on all data and reports prior to delivery to ensure reports are delivered with quality
Act as a Workday reporting resource for HR special projects and support cross functional initiatives as needed
Troubleshoot reporting issues and appropriately escalate issues not able to be resolved

Required qualifications :
1-2 years of Workday experience in a fast-paced business environment
Advanced Workday knowledge of object relationships (including Report Data Source, Primary Business Objects and Related Business Objects)
Advance knowledge of reporting writing using standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports
Experience creating custom data sources and modifying trended worker data source with custom objects
Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
Expert level Microsoft Excel skills
Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications :
Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Prioritize requests, adapt well to change, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, projects and work on day-to-day without supervision
Able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality
Project management knowledge and ability to interact with all levels of employees while maintaining an enthusiastic, professional demeanour during interactions
Fluency in Polish and / or any other European languages
