Job purpose

Technology and System Travel, Expenses, Meetings & Events Global Procurement Category Manager will be responsible for the oversite of all travel, expense and meeting related systems (Concur Expenses, Concur Travel, OBT’s, Cvent, Crowd Compass, Portal, Intranet Site, Workplace, Enable Now) including system strategy, development plans, updates, upgrades, change reviews, administration and implementations, as well as working closely with our travel and meetings provider for technology oversight

  • This individual will have the opportunity to work alongside the greater travel, expenses and meeting team and engage with various internal stakeholders;
  • including our Procurement Tec partner.

    This individual will be pivotal in developing and bringing all systems in line with best practice, GEC requirements and ensuring customer experience is in line with being a modern employer.

    Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver all Travel, Expenses and Meeting systems roadmaps
  • Conduct reviews and audit on current systems delivering detailed recommendations on findings
  • Manage day to day requests for changes
  • Work with suppliers for maintenance and deliverables on systems
  • Escalate any non-delivery or roadblocks
  • Work alongside development teams to deliver agreed changes
  • Assist the greater travel team with solution development to creating a best in class program
  • Work with the communications lead on delivering online training and increase
  • Review Voice Of Customer for future enhancements or current shortfalls
  • What skills and expertise you will bring to the role :

    BASIC :

  • 3+ years of experience in working with expense and travel systems
  • Concur expense and travel systems knowledge
  • Experience in working across a complex matrix international organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluent English
  • University degree
  • High communication and interpersonal skills
