  • Proficient in establishing consistent project management processes within the project
  • Able to establish, manage, and regularly improve service and process-related metrics
  • Experienced in managing the project-related day-to-day operational activities
  • Strong in leading / guiding teams of engineers to drive them, decompose the complexity to tasks, communicate and convince around that
  • An expert in facilitating project roadmap creation
  • Establishing proper communication with client's technical team and product owner
  • Experienced in motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates
  • Proficient in mitigation of conflicts and communication problems arising within services
  • The one who can provide project status reports to the stakeholders in business language, while still being able to communicate on technical aspects of the project with architects and engineering leadership team
  • Managing the client expectations; monitoring and contributing to the increase of CSAT; facilitating the project-related client communication at all levels
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the project team structure
  • Identifying the resources required for successful project execution, such as hardware, software, and infrastructure

  • Managing teams of engineers on day-to-day basis within SCRUM framework
  • Facilitating communication with product owner and engineering team on requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones
  • Requirements decomposition facilitation, scope items estimation and WBS development
  • Performing risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions
  • Reviewing technical specifications and architecture documentation, facilitating communication with architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks
  • Project scope management, timely identification of scope changes, analyzing their impact on schedule and budget, proper communication to Change Review Board and project stakeholders
  • Defining and gathering project health metrics
  • Controlling project progress against defined and agreed with the customer milestones and project status reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Regular team performance review, timely identification and removal of roadblocks on the team way to success
