This role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities achieved through pro-active telephone activities, targeting existing and potential new clients, and qualifying enquiries.

If you are :

  • Organised with excellent problem solving skills
  • Bright, engaged and with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • fluent in English and Polish
  • and you have :
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience of business-to-business telesales desirable but not essential
  • Ability to successfully encourage the customers to expand product range
  • Ability to engage with the customer to understand their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient
  • Willigness to proactively seek sales opportunities

    How you will shine :

  • Proactively network with existing customers to sell additional BSI products.
  • Grow business database through prospective sales calls and e-mails to non-BSI customers
  • Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant products / services
  • Identify the correct resource to meet the customer requirements
  • Plan on a short term to achieve immediate performance goals.
  • Maintain sales activity data in the CRM ensuring that all enquiries are progressed to conclusion
