What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Lead Dental Technician (m / f / d) who would like to contribute to PlusDental's success story and build up our team at our newly launched medical center in Wroclaw.

Be part of the 4 person founding team that will grow local operations up to 100 people.

As a dental technician and team lead you would not only enrich the team with your expertise, but also lead and develop it both professionally and administratively.

Previous experience in the field of digital treatment planning for Aligner Therapies is not required but welcome, as you will receive a detailed onboarding that will familiarize you with this particular aspect of the craft.

Important is the ambition and soft skills to form a team of up to 15 people in order to achieve optimal performance.

Who we’re looking for

You have successfully completed your training as a dental technician or you have a Dental technology degree

You have at least 2 years of experience in CAD / CAM

You have very good English and Polish skills. German is a plus

You have strong soft skills, leadership qualities and understanding of business administration

You have a high digital affinity and you are confident in using common computer as well as treatment planning software

You will work hand on hand with our Labor Lead Isolde Stephan

You will support in hiring, onboarding and training on new team members
