Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Team is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center.

The team is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of every entity in HEINEKEN : starting from breweries and ending with our administration offices like HR.

We process, post and pay invoices received from vendors, analyze discrepancies, contact vendors and post expenses of employees.

In P2P we focus on continuous upskilling and people development and we never forget about having fun together!

You are a good match if you have :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting

1-3 years of relevant professional experience;

Good Excel skills

E2E process knowledge of Purchase To Pay including its interdependencies with other processes

You are a perfect match if you also have :

You have experience in SAP system (as an asset)

Your daily tasks may include :

Performs daily tasks related to validation of received, scanned invoices,

Performs daily tasks of invoice posting (depending on assigned role),

Perform non-invoice related postings,

Performs all tasks in workflows in order to resolve invoice discrepancies,

Performs activities related with suspense accounts on the regular,

Perform tasks related to payments preparation based on the agreed timelines.
